Mobilization in Ukraine is a topic that causes undisguised anxiety. The number of calls for the protection of the rights of Ukrainians related to mobilization has soared unprecedentedly - by 333 times since 2022. In 2025, Lubinets received more than 6 thousand appeals. Citizens, your lives are at risk. During a meeting in the Verkhovna Rada, he emphasized that actions that violate basic human rights remain on the agenda, and this is not just statistics. This is a daily reality. The shameful practice of violence, beatings, even murders in the premises of the CCC is something that we all must confront.
Isn't it time to stop this irresponsibility? The failure of the structures responsible for mobilization requires decisive action. Lubinets demands the creation of a working group with the participation of an ombudsman to protect ordinary people in the CCC. Let's remember who is on the front lines - fighters who have been without rotations for years. Deadlines have been missed, promises have been broken. Clarity and guarantees are what are needed to put an end to this mess. Mobilization has turned into a meager theater in which millions suffer from threats and pressure.
Lubinets claims that the Ombudsman's Office has recorded almost 12 thousand complaints about the actions of the CCC since the beginning of the war. By the way, in 2024 there were 6 times more of them - up to 3,312. And the number is growing again, the hospital is overwhelmed by 6,127 applications. The system is not just not working, it is closing under its own pressure. The fight for justice continues, but can we really hope for change?
