A new crisis is on the horizon. A company is emerging in Ukraine that seeks to fit into the already destroyed energy business rink. Illegal gas stations in the West are here, hand in hand with investigations, and here is also a new player - the Lysovytska oil and gas area. The Ministry of Economy does not hesitate: it offers to sell the right to development, declaring this procedure an auction. The area, bordering Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, hides more than 3.3 million tons of oil, but in its depths, it seems, there is little left of ethics and justice.

And so, here is a newly created company from Kyiv, with a tearful authorized capital of 5 thousand hryvnias, shouting about its straw ambitions. And it is not surprising that this rapidly emerging structure is closely connected with a number of criminal investigations. The owner, who has changed so quickly that it is difficult to follow, is attracted by the headline that they have Ukrainian oil in mind, albeit with notes about major censorship.

Lysovytska Square is not just an investment. It is a battlefield for resources, where natural treasures are protected. Natural monuments, forest reserves, mineral springs. The Ministry is committed to selling permits with restrictions, as if trying to stop the wave of irresponsibility that is absorbing our natural resources, and they are again dying in the shadow of media grandiose plans.

And here appears "Flexor Invest". For several days now, a group of figures has been promoting their schemes, and most importantly, their connections with other dubious companies. "Europetroleum" is a name that comes to mind with the aroma of illegal fuel production. Currently under investigation, this frog in a Russian costume has long been entangled in its connections, and it does not matter that the companies are appealing the arrests. They are already at work, they are already in action.

And while we watch, we can all speak out, but what can we do about it? Empires must fall when the truth comes out. Conflicts of interest are the real reality of this chess game. Can we stem the tide of indifference?
