The system stood up for crime. And now, in the days of trading in other people's destinies, a judge appears, posing as an arbiter of justice. Stubborn criminals from 2021 to 2023 were preparing for a large-scale scam: a family of apartments, deceased without heirs. Five apartments ended up in the hands of this gang. And they planned another one, but fate itself went against them - an heiress was found. The trade had already begun, but an obstacle appeared that disrupted their palliative business.
It is worth emphasizing the point: you know, in the white coats of justice, a smoking cigar in the hands of Judge Tandyr would seem out of place. His colleagues — lawyers and former bailiffs — have become the real brain center of this dirty game.
But not everything is so simple. In May 2023, the judge implemented another deliberate scam - at a checkpoint in Kyiv, he knocked down a National Guardsman, hiding from justice for a tip-off. But don't expect mercy! The Pechersk court decided to imprison the direct perpetrator of the crime. The investigation revealed the truth without embellishment: at the time of the accident, he was speeding at a speed of 100 km/h while intoxicated. Serious decisions are not subject to compromise, and an analysis was conducted that confirmed his guilt.
To save face, Tandyr decided to resort to deception - he tried to falsify the examination. Isn't that too much? He gave saliva instead of urine, hoping for irresponsibility around him. July 2023 is a real stage of disappointment: aspects of the case once again delve into ugliness.
Despite all efforts, the High Council of Justice approved Tandyr's release in April 2024. But the state of affairs is even more mysterious - the case is still simmering in the Svyatoshynskyi District Court, and time is running out. Justice requires interrogation. The paradox is that despite all this, Judge Tandyr is back in the game and has already received compensation from the ECHR. Now, for stumbling on the road - more than 2,000 euros for sitting in a pre-trial detention center. Where is the justice?
