This is not just an outrage, it is a crime against humanity! In the Kirovograd region, a teacher-educator of a family-type orphanage turned the life of a 17-year-old girl into hell. She used metal chains to chain the minor to a bed, depriving her of freedom of movement, the right to make her own choices, and the right to life. What incredible irresponsibility is revealed here! And for what? For her unbridled desire to control, manage, and bully?
During this cruel period, a woman, performing the duties of a mother-educator, considered the child as property, tying it to a bed, limiting its freedom. Is this not a reflection of the deep crisis of the care system? Is this not a sign of the helplessness of a society that tries again and again to close its eyes to the truth?
She was suspected of unlawful imprisonment, and now she could face up to five years behind bars for her actions. But is that enough? Where is the justice for the child who was chained to the bed? Where is the feedback from a society capable of standing up for its children?
The situation in Mykolaiv, where parents sold their newborn baby for money, and the violence in the Kyiv region only highlight the scale of this problem. Law enforcement officers are firmly on the front lines of the fight against such crimes, but appetites and greed know no bounds.
The system must change, and we must be the catalyst for it. Let the truth be heard. Let everyone who abuses their power be held accountable for their actions. It is time to act against injustice and irresponsibility, time to protect those who cannot protect themselves.
