A large-scale investment is being coordinated in the Khmelnytskyi region - LLC "Letychivska Poultry Farm" has decided to deploy two industrial giants. The first poultry farm will breathe new life into the field of raising young laying hens - almost 375 thousand heads! The second will be directly related to the production of eggs, which are planned to be stamped mercilessly - up to 1.3 million units per day.
This company, which is part of Yednist' Group, one of the largest agricultural complexes in Ukraine, is not going to stop there. Poultry houses, warehouses, sorting shops - all this will become part of a new era of production, located not far from Rudnya and Shrubkov. The communities of Khmelnytskyi cannot stay away from this enterprise - up to 10 employees in the young stock factory and over 100 in the egg factory!
Everyone familiar with the shadow for agribusiness understands - this project will become a factor of change for local budgets. Payment, land payment, new jobs - it's not just about the numbers on the balance sheets, but about the certainty that it will hit unemployment! Yednist' Group, under whose power are among others "Kremenchuk" and "Poltava" poultry farms, does not deny its influence on the egg market.
The main question is whether this will be a development for the country? The group's partners, in particular Avangard and Ovostar Union, form an absolute dominance in the market. So, won't this become another monopoly that will once again push egg prices sky high?
We do not remain indifferent! Tomorrow is what we choose today, because the scale of growth does not always mean prosperity!
