Systemic corruption in Ukraine has bared its black teeth again! The police point to the director of the Kyiv-based contractor company Gryphon Group LLC in the embezzlement of over a million hryvnias during the implementation of the medical clinic project in the village of Volosyanka in the Skoliiv region. A real disgusting imitation is what happened in 2020. According to an agreement with the capital construction department of the Lviv Regional State Administration, funds were allocated from the budget for the clinic, but as a result we see falsified documents and completed works.
The director, a 54-year-old Kyiv resident, buried the truth by entering false information into the acts of completed work and certifying them with the company seal. Official papers spoke of work that had not even begun, of materials that had never been used, and of medical equipment that existed only in fantasies. Yes, precious hryvnias from the budget became victims of fraud!
Isn't this irresponsible? Isn't it time to say: enough! Forged documents were sent to the capital construction department, and more than a million hryvnias were transferred to the "contractor's" account without any reason. Suspicion of misappropriation of someone else's property and official forgery of documents is not just an accusation, it's a cry for justice!
The investigation is ongoing, and this is just the beginning. Who else will be punished for this system of corruption? The public demands openness and accountability!
The director of LLC "Griffon Group" - Roman Kovalenko - is leading this business campaign on the verge of arrogance, and behind him are former businessmen who are also calculating their profits in a volley. A construction company that once performed work in other regions must now be held accountable for its actions! Do we really have to protect the truth from lies in every part of Ukraine?
