2025 in Ukraine has become a year of court dramas. 780 cases of bankruptcy of legal entities are not just a number, they are a challenge to the system. Not only small players, but also industrial monsters with billion-dollar turnovers have fallen into the abyss. The leadership in this shameful list belongs to the company "Degs Holding", which in 2024 exceeded its maximum - 7.7 billion UAH. A real catastrophe, isn't it?
The top three bankruptcies are complemented by Pride Solutions Ukraine, which oversaw wholesale trade with revenue of UAH 6.08 billion, and Opt-Systems, which produced alcohol with UAH 5.46 billion in its pocket - together these companies cast a shadow over the Ukrainian economy.
Among other big names: Kyivmedpreparat (UAH 3.57 billion), Kryvyi Rih Iron and Steel Plant (UAH 3.44 billion), and Premieri, which has only UAH 4.01 billion left. The impressive situation is reminiscent of huge waves of collapse.
Wholesale trade suffered the most – 266 companies resorted to declaring insolvency. It’s offensive, but it’s a fact – 84% of all bankruptcies are limited liability companies. Where is the state? Where is the support for business? Only 48 companies tried to save themselves through rehabilitation, less than 1% of all those who lost hope. Real apathy.
And here are the new features of the market. Preventive restructuring? Listen, this is not just news – it is a determined attempt, because only six companies have recorded eight cases. They are trying to survive before the final collapse. Business is in debt for actions.
This is a battle between truth and imitation, where business tries to find alternatives even on the edge of the abyss. We are against the system, we will not remain silent about this catastrophe, we will speak out!
