Lawyer Oleg Burgela once again confirms: “third parties” paid a huge deposit on December 12 — over 3 million hryvnias. But who exactly? They are silent about this. Anna Skorokhod, a deputy who previously assured that she did not have such money, is now in Kyiv, armed with an electronic bracelet.
The defense has already appealed the preventive measure, demanding to reduce the amount of bail and cancel the electronic monitoring. “The bail will remain, because the pre-trial investigation is ongoing, but we consider this huge amount unacceptable. And the electronic bracelet? As a people's deputy, she has every right to move freely around Ukraine!” Burgela declares.
On December 5, charges were filed in the form of a criminal group, which, according to law enforcement officers, is headed by Skorokhod herself. She confirmed that searches of her apartment took place, but emphasized: “I am not hiding anything.” On December 7, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court chooses a preventive measure for her accomplice, suspected of bribery. The next day, interrogation at the NABU. And here again Skorokhod’s voice: all the accusations are fabrications, and if they show the video of the searches, the whole case will “collapse.”.
The real fight for truth against the system continues. No one can stop those who are not afraid to fight for their honor. The system dreams of irresponsibility, but the truth always finds its way.
