Vladimir Putin, the leader of Russian aggression, is confident in his “success”: his troops are supposedly close to “the final defeat of the enemy.” Talk of ending the war reveals reality – the dictator is moving towards capturing Donbas by the fall. Reliable sources claim that the Russian military command has convinced him of this. Putin is waiting for “successes” on the front to strengthen his demands in peace negotiations. His goal is not only Donbas. Behind the complications are Kherson and Zaporizhia, which may become new objects of Russian ambitions.
The war has been going on for four months, and with Putin, discussions about compromises are, apparently, just a funny joke. No effort to reach an agreement on his part. A firm position! Who here is willing to compromise? And here, in the conditions of an international conflict, it becomes clear that Ukraine's independence is again under threat. What remains is to watch our struggle and endurance.
The details of the peace talks are a dead end. No one in the Kremlin is interested in holding them. And in Washington, they talk senselessly about “progress,” which in the eyes of the surprised is just a mirage. The messengers of truth are ridiculed while the Russian tanks continue to move forward.
