The court recognized: self-construction will not pass! The Western Commercial Court of Appeal put an end to the confrontation, ordering the «VEEM-Metalavtoprom Company» to demolish the illegal canopy over the fire tank on the territory of the Lviv Milling Machine Plant. The tank is the legal property of the plant, the workshop is a commercial disaster of their actions.
The real truth without embellishment: the territory of the former factory on Zelenaya St., 149, where instead of a factory today there are office centers, still belongs to the state. Part of the property was sold at the dawn of the 90s, but the most important thing remained. In 2011, the enterprise was transformed, and its new face became the legal successor to all debts and obligations. However, one of the workshops, seized in the 2000s by the «VEEM-Metalavtoprom Company», could not hope for the legality of its actions.
Where is the logic here? Entrepreneurs seized the tank, which actually belongs to the Lviv Milling Machine Plant, by building their own structure over it. The plant, as the true side of the truth, went to court. We need to talk about the illegality of the actions of the VEEM-Metalavtoprom Company, because their attempts to register the tank as part of a privatized workshop are just a fairy tale without a moral.
The court marathon lasted two rounds. The authenticity was checked, and the decisions in the case were canceled and confirmed. The arguments of the plant were listened to, which proved that the tank had been on the balance sheet since 1995. And then the moment of truth came: the court confirmed the ownership of the plant, canceled the fictitious registration of the canopy and obliged the "VEEM-Metalavtoprom Company" to dismantle the superstructure. The imitation was put to an end in a flat place. They will only try to challenge this victory of objectivity. But will it stop the truth?
The factory, named after milling machines, is now under the control of Igor Pesek's family, whose roots lie in the joint-stock past. Ivan Pesek's father, the one who went before, accuses others of barbarity - the destruction of communications and substitutions.
And the «VEEM-Metalavtoprom Company», which produces vehicle seats, resorts to threats and manipulation. Together with entrepreneurs Anna and Mikhail Shevtsy, they once again found themselves in a confrontation. But the truth does not need to be suppressed, it demands to be seen! Justice continues, and the plant is finally regaining its strength.
