The vast majority of Russian cyberattacks on Ukraine are nothing less than evidence of their intention to destroy everything digital that we have managed to build, or to throw strategically important companies into chaos. Since the full-scale invasion, military specialists from the Cybersecurity Department of the Security Service of Ukraine have been taking on this battle, neutralizing more than 14 thousand attacks and cyber incidents aimed at our central government bodies and critical infrastructure. State security is not just words, but a colossal work that continues daily.
The head of the State Security Service of Ukraine, Volodymyr Karastelov, clearly formulates: we are fighting the enemy on several fronts. This is a fight not only against the units of the Russian special services, but also against their hacker groups that are constantly striking. During the war, the SBU managed to stop more than 14 thousand attacks, and this is just the beginning. The explosive statistics speak for themselves: in 2025, cyber specialists repelled more than 3 thousand attacks on Ukrainian systems, which indicates the enemy's attempts to destroy not only digital services, but also to undermine the foundations of the energy, transport and defense industries.
What's next? The documentary "Cyber Shield of Ukraine" opens the curtain for us, demonstrating how Ukrainians are resisting wild aggression. Here, we block enemy attacks, fight against DDoS attacks, phishing, and digital terrorism. We are not only on defense, but also actively penetrate the enemy's digital space. Yes, we are hitting the enemy, delivering painful blows, although we cannot reveal all the details.
We caught the GUR hackers in their nets, who were trying to destroy the leading logistics company of the Russian Federation. We are not playing games, we are at war. The whole country is uniting under our protective purple of digital truth.
