Serhiy Kyslytsia is not just a new appointee, he is a bone in the throat of the system. He will take on communication with partners at higher levels. His task is to break the tired games, synchronize the work of the President's Office with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. And this is not a promise, it is a challenge.
President Volodymyr Zelensky, announcing him as the First Deputy Head of the Office, did not limit himself to a formality. Decree No. 14/2026 indicates that we are getting a man capable of breaking old structures. “Appoint Serhiy Olehovych Kyslytsia as the First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine,” – so you know, our words will become actions.
Kyslytsia knows how to defend Ukraine internationally. Since February 2025, he has been playing the highest anthem of our independence, being the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. And years before that, he was our voice at the UN. This is not just a career, it is a mission.
Let's not forget, on January 2, Zelenskyy already appointed Kyrylo Budanov as head of the President's Office. And the next day - in the fight for truth and justice - he announced the appointment of Kyslytsa, continuing our fight in the negotiation process.
With his new appointment, Kyslytsia becomes a solid core that embodies independence and defends the truth. Are you ready for change? It's time to act!
