Citizen Training Centers as a New Shield for the Nation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine finally accepts the challenge and adopts a bill that will change our perception of national defense. 246 votes are not just numbers, they are a loud signal: we are ready to resist everything that threatens our independence. Bill No. 13347 is not just empty words, but a concrete step towards the formation of a true national-patriotic consciousness, towards awakening the spirit of defending the Fatherland in each of us.

This document promises to replace the outdated model of basic combined-arms training with something new, integrated into the educational process. We are talking about the “Fundamentals of National Resistance” and the improvement of the “Defense of Ukraine”. These are not just subjects, they are powerful tools for educating real defenders! Citizens will be trained according to the programs of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Training Centers will become centers of strength, ready to forge a new generation of courageous Ukrainians.

It's not just about the theoretical basis. It's about a set of actions designed to strengthen our knowledge and skills in order to fulfill our constitutional duty: to defend the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine. We don't just teach, we form warriors!

When Olga Chabanyuk from the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers speaks about the ineffectiveness of the current program, it is a real call to action! We cannot wait for educational institutions to «emergency mode» train instructors and create the appropriate material base. The quality of defense training should not suffer due to the inertia of the system. Practical classes – based on the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – become the crux of our training, not a compulsion.

The decision has been made, and we are waiting for action. Real preparation is not imitation, it is responsibility. And now, more than ever, it is time for action. It is time to stand up for our country, to show the power of resistance. National resistance is our common goal. Time to act!
