The system will not stop for the sake of the truth.

In December 2025, the deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Moskalenko, made a real show - he bought a premium 2025 Lexus LX 500d for an astronomical 5.4 million hryvnias. But it is surprising that a few days before that he sold movable property for 3.4 million. It seems that there is a certain conflict in this thirst for luxury.

If you look at Moskalenko's declared cars, all his real estate in the world turns out to be much cheaper. In one of the interviews with a journalist from "Slidstva.Info", he admitted that he sold his Toyota Land Cruiser, but it was not in the declaration at all. Was it just a coincidence or a standard procedure?

A few days before the previous purchase in November 2025, according to him, Moskalenko had already received 3.4 million hryvnias in income from the sale of the car. But let's be honest: it seems that everything is not so simple. One of his declared cars is a 2014 Ford Mustang. But it was bought for a ridiculous 150,000 hryvnias in 2019, and now it costs an average of 650,000 hryvnias. And where are the millions that he allegedly earned?

And here's another blow to the system - we learn that Moskalenko's wife, Anastasia, had a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E, bought in 2022 for a mere 5,350 hryvnias. But it's not in the declaration! And it looks like the rules of the game are not written for the official.

When asked what cars he sold for tens of millions, Moskalenko answers: “I sold two cars: mine and my wife’s.” And everything seems to be okay, but his car, the Mustang, is still registered to him. He is sure that he has the right to three in his fleet, including another Toyota Land Cruiser, secretly sold.

Moreover, the big bluff continues! In August last year, he put up for sale real estate for 2.8 million hryvnias. And what do we see? According to the declaration, in 2024 he was the owner of three apartments in the Dnipro. Is this just a friendly “cascade” for like-minded people?

Moskalenko is not just a civil servant, he is a former head of an architectural firm before his appointment to the Regional State Administration, where he has managed to amass “wealth” since November 2019. His only income in 2024 is his basic salary at the Main Intelligence Directorate and some dubious savings.

And then the president comes with a replacement for the heads of regional administrations. The choice, of course, will fall, but there is a great irony in it. Is it really for the better?

We are fighting for the truth. Are we capable of resisting the imitation of honesty? Are we ready to expose the systemic rot that thrives in our country?
