A fierce debate is underway in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The possibility of increasing responsibility for evading mobilization has been noted. Andriy Osadchuk, a people's deputy from the Holos faction, will not remain silent - he openly declares that he did not participate in the meetings, but indicates an attempt to introduce punishments such as sanctions for non-payment of alimony. This is bad manners and absurdity, which only create the appearance of activism.
Let's not forget that existing restrictions — deprivation of driving privileges or blocking of bank accounts — are already being applied. But this is only the surface of the problem. Where is the deep understanding of the reasons? Why is the Verkhovna Rada trying to drive people into the framework of punishments instead of real solutions? Real responsibility is not just punishment, but a deep reconstruction of the system.
Budanov initiates a conversation about the CCC, and this is really important. We need to understand not only the punishments, but the effectiveness of the system, which should protect people, not intimidate. Discussions about punishments and fines are distracting. The question is - how effective are our military commissariats? Are we ready to put the truth above false activity?
But the realities are different. Toll collectors trying to make money by transporting those they should serve are another painful signal that society needs real reforms. The cost of the “service” is $16,500. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Where are our principles?
We need action, not imitation. We cannot be satisfied with punishments for evasion if the system is not working. This is a path to nowhere. It is time to realize: imitation of action is irresponsible and has no place in our struggle.
