Criminals who traded mephedrone and amphetamine on a colossal scale have met with resistance. Law enforcement officers have resolutely dismantled a powerful network of distribution of psychotropic substances that covered the whole of Ukraine. As a result of the special operation, almost 160 kg of drugs were seized, the cost of which exceeds 95 million UAH. These are not just numbers, this is a reality in which there is no place for packaging and packaging of deadly substances.
Two men, aged 31 and 45, decided they could play on the suffering of others. Having set up a warehouse in a Kyiv garage, they skillfully packaged hard drugs between themselves, ready for a new sale. Now their actions have been reduced to zero.
Sales took place through “master classes” – a sneaky term for covert distribution. Caches with 5-10 packages weighing 1 kg, which were easily “hidden” in different corners of Ukraine, became a springboard for a new round of drug trafficking. All transactions took place only on crypto wallets. Unprincipled, without hypocrisy.
During 16 searches in Kyiv, Cherkasy and Odessa regions, law enforcement officers found 154 kg of mephedrone, 3.5 kg of amphetamine, important tools for carrying out this criminal "business" - scales, packaging materials, computer equipment and mobile phones. In total, foreign currency equivalent to over 3 million hryvnias was seized. This is not just data - it is evidence of the fight for the cleanliness of our streets.
Now both detainees face charges of illegal production of narcotics under Part 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They face up to 12 years in prison, and this is just the beginning. The system no longer allows them to hide in the shadows.
And remember that behind this elimination of the drug scheme in Ukraine is the struggle for truth and dignity. We are on the side of those who speak out against irresponsibility and hypocrisy. The future does not belong to those who pray for drugs. Justice will always prevail.
