Russia continues to declare about "territorial issues" - without a settlement there will be no peace. They know what they are saying. But there are more and more declarations from our side. Zelensky approves the composition of the Ukrainian delegation. Rustem Umerov is at the head. Why? Because the war continues.
Peskov claims that the Ukrainian military must leave Donbas. An important condition, if I may say so. Are we ready to obey?
