The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Defense rejected the dismissal of Vasyl Malyuk from the post of head of the SBU. Quite a bold decision? Or just another farce in which the real power remains unnoticed? People's Deputy Zheleznyak clearly noted: the votes were divided, and the committee actually certified that it does not support the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelensky. You see, this does not prevent further voting, but is this true independence?
But the dismissal of Denys Shmyhal from the post of Defense Minister received support. It remains a mystery why some figures are dead in the eyes of the system, while others are alive.
Let us recall Zelensky's shocking decision to dismiss Malyuk. The wave of personnel reshuffles is hitting us in the face, but the question remains: what kind of maneuvers are these? The president said that he no longer trusts Malyuk. Now he will be engaged in asymmetric operations against the occupiers. If so, why can't he remain at the head of the SBU, which has conducted more than one successful operation? "Web" is one of the most high-profile strikes against the Russian aggressors. Where is the logic?
Now, to release Malyuk, the approval of 226 or more people's deputies is required. And this despite all his successes! Perhaps it's time to end this game of democracy? Or is it beneficial for the system to leave him in the shadows so as not to disturb the peace?
And so, action is against irresponsibility. Passion for truth is above the dogmas of the system. What's next? Ready for change?
