December 16 is the day when we will make ourselves known in Ivano-Frankivsk. Public hearings will consider a draft detailed plan for the territory along Vyacheslav Chornovil, Symon Petliura, and Polyova streets. This is not just a plan — it is an opportunity to revive the urban fabric, where six multi-apartment high-rises with public spaces will grow in place of vacant lots. The idea is simple: build housing where there is potential.
Area of 1.2 hectares, adjacent to customs and the airport. Six buildings, each with ten sections, will rise high - up to 35 meters, 10-12 floors with underground parking on almost 7 thousand square meters. This is not just construction - it is a new paradigm in which family housing becomes the basis for stable investment.
The developer RIEL is implementing the Riel Family Style concept, aimed at creating a comfortable space for living - safe yards without cars, simple and spacious apartments, proximity to schools and places for recreation. These are not dreams, this is a reality that we can change right now. Evaluate this concept in Lviv in the Father residential complex.
The new residential complex will feature children's, sports and recreation areas, bicycle parking and a place for waste disposal. The powerful complex will grow next to the Prostir residential complex, located at 7 Symona Petliury Street. The construction, which is scheduled to be completed in 2027, will be a great addition to the existing infrastructure.
Not only this detailed plan will be discussed at the hearings. Another dozen new actions that can significantly change the face of Frankivsk! An educational center with a hotel and a shopping mall in Chernivtsi, four 10-story buildings on Halytska Street, projects on Kaluskoye Highway, a shopping and office center in Krykhivtsi, new high-rises in microdistricts. These are not just plans — this is our national demand for development and progress.
If we receive support, the deputies of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council must approve these projects. We must stand up for our rights, act and not back down. We want change, and we will achieve it! The real reality is what we are worth.
