The leader of the Batkivshchyna faction, Yulia Tymoshenko, has quickly taken up a new front in the fight — bringing judge Vitaliy Dubas to justice. She has already filed a complaint with the High Council of Justice, and this is just the beginning.
Here is the real point: ethical norms and legislation are not just words for judges. Tymoshenko directly declares serious violations. She cites “unproven” legal evidence of the illegality of judicial actions, which were broadcast live. And here we put an end to it: the judge who was recommended is clearly not without sins.
Tymoshenko's words are not just loud statements. She compares Dubas' methods with the practices of former judge Rodion Kireev. This is another touch to the picture where the truth competes with political games, and the actions of judges are nothing more than political orders.
She calls for transparency and fairness, promising that the independence of the Supreme Court will be tested in practice. Whether they will pass this test is a question not only for them, but also for the entire society.
“"If NABU, SAPO, and VAKS have already started falsifying the case against me, we will not remain silent. Their every unjust step will become public knowledge. We are watching every word, every action. Let the system feel the pressure!", Tymoshenko firmly declared.
