The US has declared war on a political court. Two judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC) have been added to the sanctions list for «persecuting Israeli citizens.» This is not just a decision. This is a true declaration of independence from irresponsibility!
Rubio pointed to Judges Gocha Lordkipanidze of Georgia and Erdenebalsuren Damdin of Mongolia. They are part of the machinery that seeks to arrest and prosecute Israelis without any legitimacy. They voted for the warrants without any consent. And there will be no going back!
The ICC continues to politicize its actions, setting dangerous precedents for all states. This is not just about Israel. This is about opposition to illegitimate power, about defending the truth in the pursuit of justice. The US will not tolerate political abuse!
Our position is clear: the United States and Israel are not parties to the Rome Statute. Therefore, the jurisdiction of the ICC is of no use to us. We will respond to attacks and abuses of power seriously. The actions of the savannah instead of the judicial system open the door to irresponsibility.
On November 21, the ICC issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. The court finds them guilty of crimes against humanity. Unfounded! Israel demanded the cancellation of these warrants in May of this year, but this did not stop anyone.
Justice will never be an imitation. Real action against absurdity, that's what it's all about! In August, the US already imposed sanctions on four judges and prosecutors of the ICC. This is just the beginning of the global opposition!
