Destruction is the result of shelling, not inaction

Inspections of local governments after missile attacks on Ukraine are attempts to shift responsibility for the consequences of aggression. That's right, while communities are busy cleaning up the damage and restoring critical infrastructure, law enforcement agencies are stepping up. Requests appear, proceedings are in the dustbin of attempts to live under the yoke of war.

Here is a letter from the security forces to the Kyiv city government demanding a sea of documents regarding the protection of critical infrastructure. Now imagine, this is not an isolated case — there are many similar requests in other communities. They are all in the same vein — «blame shifting.».

Society, however, silently chews on comparisons between regions, nullifying objectivity. It seems that some analysts have forgotten that all this is not about the mayor's indifference, but about destructive artillery that strikes mercilessly. Yes, let's remember Kyiv. The city was ready for winter, but became a target for massive attacks. Do you understand this irony? It's not inaction that is to blame - but the intensity of the shelling itself.

And now about the funds. Where is the logic in spending them on protecting energy systems? What are we trying to achieve? Discussions about the effectiveness of programs only emphasize that they need to be analyzed in detail, but, unfortunately, this is just empty chatter, because international partners are watching every step, and the world needs clear answers, not entangled in a stream of illogical actions.
