The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office is not silent! The prosecutor officially appealed to the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court with a demand to recognize the assets of this former official as unfounded.
After a thorough analysis of the property status of not only the former official himself, but also his family, the NACP concluded: these funds could not have been obtained legally in the years 2022-2024. And there is no room for compromise here - the assets must be recognized as illegal and returned to the state!
We deserve transparency and responsibility, not irresponsibility. As long as one official lives in luxury, we cannot remain indifferent. The court will become the arena of our confrontation, and the first results are already on the horizon. Additional information about the progress of the case promises to be under the war of truth.
Recall that just the other day, the court seized property from the family of the former head of another CCC, including a house and a car worth 800 thousand UAH. On the horizon, a new challenge is the confiscation of the assets of the former head of the Zaporizhia CCC for a whopping 5.5 million.
