Responsibility without compromise

Underground mineral waters are not just natural treasures, they are a strategic resource that only the state, not impostors, has the right to use. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a different reality is revealed: shameless mining of mineral waters was discovered there, and all this without any permits. The announcement of suspicion to an official of the enterprise was the logical conclusion of irresponsibility, which led to losses of more than 2 billion hryvnias for the state. People in white coats who should protect, instead participate in pumping out our natural treasures.

The prosecutor's office's statement is clear: "The suspect organized the unauthorized extraction of mineral waters in the Samaritan district, committing a crime that falls under Article 240 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine." This is not just a crime. This is a betrayal of ordinary Ukrainians who suffer from the irresponsible actions of individuals who greedily draw from natural resources.

During 2023-2024, illegally extracted natural resources were used to sell mineral water to the population, showing boundless cynicism. A forensic engineering and environmental examination study reveals the full depth of this crime: the damage caused exceeds 2 billion hryvnias. Is this enough to stop us?

It is worth noting: earlier the police stood up for the Constitution, reporting suspicions to two residents of the Ternopil region, who also organized the illegal production of drinking water in a sanatorium in collusion with the system. No one is safe from the invasion of our common well-being, from the LEGAL exploitation of natural resources on the territory of Ukraine.

We stand in defense of truth against illusions, action against a stagnant system. The time to act is now. There will be no more silence, there will be no more patience. Not everyone who pretends to care about the well-being of the Ukrainian people will be able to avoid responsibility.
